Track Hub swap_horiz QuickLoad URL Converter

QuickLoad URL
To add the converted Quickload URL to IGB as a data source :
  • Start IGB and then click the Add to IGB button above
  • Or to manually add the converted Track Hub URL to IGB
    1. Open IGB
    2. In IGB, go to Settings → Data Sources → Add
    3. Paste the generated Quickload URL.
  • Genome assemblies can be found in IGB in the Species dropdown and data in the Data Access tab.
